Sadly, I keep forgetting what horrible customer service the south location has. Ordered our food and they forgot a kids meal. When we finally got the kid's meal the corn dogs were raw. By the time my daughter got a meal that was cooked properly the rest of us were finished eating. The manager offered nothing to make it right or earn our service in the future.
I usually love it here but the boneless wings were all breading the naked tenders were so salty you couldn't eat them. Plus the were ice cold like they had been sitting out. Only plus side I had a gift card so no money loss.
Worst service I've ever had! Even after speaking with a manager the service didn't improve!
Awesome experience! They are very veteran friendly! Gotta love it!
