I have eaten at over 200 BWW around the country. This was my worse experience yet. Sat at the bar for 20 mins before my order was even taken for a drink or food. The chicken tasted spoiled and the water had a funny smell to it. Best one is still in CO. Just east of Denver. This place needs lessons from there.
Slow service, waiters/waitress standing around and my food took 25-30 mins to hit my table. The manager also had to refill my glass when my server was no where to be found.

Service Definitely lacked and the food was not good. Really poor quality. So sad we use to love to come here on Sundays.
I was highly dissatisfied with the service given here. Josh was very rude and had placed my order wrong. After I had pointed it out, he didn't apologized and dropped off my right order on the table and walked away. I assumed customer service would be consistent at all locations. Apparently not.
