It was hard picking what I wanted - make, options, color, etc. but I had the most amazing dealer helping me through and being super patient while I figured it out. He then delivered on everything I set my heart on. Jacob Frank comes highly recommended. He's thorough, transparent, fair and makes the whole experience fun. Two thumbs up.
Pretty disappointing. I was in the market for a 2016 Silverado LTZ, and live directly down the street from Buff Whelan so it was my first choice. Went into the showroom, and stood around and waited....and waited....and waited. 15-20 minutes later a salesman decided to grace me with his presence, and when I told him why I was there he just pointed me in the general direction of one on the showroom floor and walked away. Needless to say, I made my $50k purchase from Fox Chevrolet of Rochester.
I traded in my 2010 Chevrolet Malibu and leased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado yesterday. My salesperson was Robert Sielaff and I could not be anymore happy with how everything went. Rob was polite, professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone at the dealership was great and everything went very smooth with no problems at all. This was easily the best experience I have had trading in my vehicle and getting a new vehicle.
Very thankful for Buff Whelen supporting our troops with free oil change. Great people and great service! Highly recommend!
The service department and managers here are amazing. I bought my car used, from a different dealer. I took it here because it was serviced here before I purchased it. This team saved me from turning the car back to Chevrolet because of the issues I have had with it, especially when Chevrolet's own customer service wouldn't stand behind their vehicle. Thank you Buff Whelan service department. You all rock!
Worst service department!! I would never buy or lease a Chevy again. My wife and I have a Chevy equinox. We have had nothing but problems with it from the start. Check engine light is on again 2nd time in the last 3 months. We get a jerking when the car comes to a stop also rough idling and the list of problems goes on. They have never FIXED the problems and just keep giving us the car back and telling us everything is fine. They have LOST us as a customer. Staff is amazing, they made the car buying experience hassle free and did everything they could to give me the best deal possible. The service department is amazing as well.
