I bought a 2012 equinox and have had NOTHING but problems. Ive had it only a year and have to have so many things fixed on it. Took it to a new dealer now theyre talking me there's all these things wrong with it and want 1200$ for parts, that should have been recognized when I,took,it in for a rear main seal. I thought these vehicles were certified?I have never had such a problem with a vehicle. Ill never recommend .
Brian Goethals in the service department is phenomenal!! I brought my Camaro in for service/repairs last month and he was excellent. He was personable, which seems like a lost art on people nowadays, and very professional. Explained options and informed me of ways to try to decrease my out-of-pocket cost, since my warranty had expired. I've been going to Buff Whelan and having service done on my cars for the last few years and he is by far the one service person that has stood out to me on many levels. Remarkably incompetent and dishonest. Hilarious for any car dealership employee to decide to act in a patronizing manner towards a potential customer given their own work position. Oy vey. For good measure, a complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau, all online dealer reviewing platforms, and GM.

We were a Ford family for years due to the "family" discount. But after purchasing my first Chevy from Buff Whelan about 5 years ago, I've never went back. That's how good Buff Whelan is. My husband always had Chrysler's, again, family discount. He came to Buff Whelan about a year ago and made the switch as well. My son just bought his first Chevy yesterday and could not be happier.
