Had an amazing transition from Ford lease to a Chevy lease!!! I love my new Chevy Traverse� The sale went smooth and it was exactly what the salesman said it was!! Jim Nelson was awesome! Had the car I wanted, a joy to work with.
Went for an oil change yesterday. Arrived just after 6:00 and it was quite crowded. The service personnel were apologetic for the wait and all were very friendly. The estimated completion was 7:35 it was done about 10 minutes early.
I drive a little further to go to Buff Whelan because of their service. I had used a dealership right by my house for one service and felt like "another number", but switched to Buff Whelan over a better phOne call experience even. I have now had my suburban in for some major servicing, some accident repair, and some maintenance servicing. I have had great service each time and am looking forward to keeping my already 320k mile vehicle running at least that much longer! ❤
