I just picked my car up from Buff Whelan Chevrolet. I had it towed there because Motorola Chevrolet didn't have a transmission technician . They charged me $70 for a technician to look at the car. They told me technician looked the car and I definitely have a problem with my transmission . But I would have to gave them authorization break down the transmission and look at it and it will cost me $500 because if I didn't decide to get the work done with them at least they got paid for looking at the car and then if I wanted to... read more

The 3rd time I have gotten an oil change with "inspection" and they have missed very obvious issues. Once was a bad rear wiper, this time it was a tire sensor. I even informed the desk when I dropped it off. My tires were rotated, and now instead of 1 sensor not working, none of them do. My inspection sheet is all checked off though. If you offer an inspection you might want to make sure the employees actually preform one.
