Friendly atmosphere, my Sales Agent Theresa Baker was excellent when explaining options and giving me the best deal possible. She spent quality time and there was no high pressure sale pitching....Would recommend Buff Whelan Chevrolet to anyone!
I just had my van in for repair work. The body shop staff was outstanding from the very beginning. They did great work!!! Best part, my van was so very clean when I picked it up and that's saying a lot because it's usually a mess!!! They come very highly recommended!!

Brought car in for oil change..had tires rotated and all fluids filled..waiting room was clean and coffee was great..showroom was spotless and sales people were very friendly..was in and out in an hour and ten minutes as promised..will have no problem coming back to Buff Whelan for my next vehicle..

I don't think they really do an inspection, my opinion though. Beside that good friendly service
Took great care of me, the people who were with me, and listened to all of my concerns! Mom test drove day 1, got me approved and all paperwork prepared, and in day 2 I only spent 2.5 hours at the dealership test driving and signing the paperwork! Will definitely be sending everyone we know this way! Thank you!
