Communication was good as well as the customer service.
They were very professional. Made a deal on the spot that i wanted or expected to make. They search for financing and processed the paperwork in less than 30 mins. Outstanding!!!!
Scammers! Came to an out the door price with my trade in. Get to finance and they are charging me $6000 extra saying it is taxes when that was negotiated in the out the door price. Outright fraudulent sales tactics! Just blew up a $42,000 deal.
The internet price isn't the price. The added 2,000 to price for reconditioning of used car with 302. Go somewhere else. Not honest.
My experience with the dealer was really good. I was treated with respect and they addressed all of my concerns.

âWe plan to slap on surprise fees once youâre in the chair and too tired to argue.â They had zero interest in transparency. No email quote, no breakdown, no respect for my time. Precious was very helpful, unfortunately the car was in transit and I had to make a decision before it arrived. She was able to give me information on the 2022 Black Edition, and followed up with me just to let me know it was still in transit.
BAIT AND SWITCH! The picture and description of the car were in no way representing the actual car they showed me with the same VIN# The sales person acted shocked that the listing was not accurate and said they would have it fixed. The listing has not been modified and does not accurately reflect the car with the matching milage and VIN#. They are trying to sell a specialty paint and upgraded chrome wheels with a leather interior in the listing.
