Due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not purchase this vehicle. However the Gary Force Acura team was amazing! They have great customer service, communication, and it was a wonderful experience! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, go to these guys!

One of my better experiences buying a used car from a dealer. My sale guy was great, they gave me a fair amount on my trade and a reasonable rate on my car loan.

Dealer called and set up an appointment to see the car, we got there and they didn't have the car. Asked to call when the car arrived a few days later, didn't hear back and bought a car from another dealer

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime. The process to get my Acura TLX dragged on for over three months – total frustration. After paying the down payment, I waited on them receiving the title which they said would take 2-3 weeks. Despite 10 calls, 5 emails, and 3 texts, they only responded after my Google review. Two months into waiting for my car, I asked for a price cut to offset the hassle, I was ignored for weeks, then they refused, claiming they were losing money.
