Very good to deal with, I ended up buying a new Acura RDX
The dealer called me and was very polite. We agreed to a time for me to test drive the car, he then called back and said that the car was in the body shop getting a scratch on the bumper fixed and that it would not be available to test drive that day. I am wondering why they still do not have a picture of the vehicle on their website yet...it has been about two weeks since I found this car online?????
Great job at responding. Met with Andy Phan regarding the car. He was the typical dealer, saying how nice his manager is and giving free washes etc to sweeten the deal, but I'm sure there is more he could of done to make the deal better for me. Doesn't really care to try and create a customer bond with me but focuses more on selling the car. With 20 years of experience Andy does well with communicating and assisting with questions I may have regarding financing and looking up carfax of other vehicles to show that his vehicle... read more
