From the initial call to set up an appointment, to the actual install, our experience was awesome! Everyone was professional and friendly. The quality of the blinds is great. Sales and installation staff is very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I purchased cordless top down bottom up accordion blinds in sugar cream and they are beautiful! They stay in position without any cords getting in the way. Quality product and I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Crossville!
This company....Budget Blinds was so excellent from the 1st phone call with the owner, then Travis who came out to give us all the details for our order and than to Colt who came out and installed everything with perfect expertise. Had a great experience with Budget Blinds. They were not pushy when they came to do the measuring and estimate. Ron installed 29 blinds in our house. He was pleasant and professional. The blinds appear to be of good quality. I would highly recommend.
From the people who answer the phone when you call through the salesmen and installers this company is the best! I’ve had them replace most of the window coverings in my house including skylights. Every time it is an excellent experience. I only have a couple more things to do but they will be who I call.
Working with Travvis and Budget Blinds was just about the easiest and most satisfying experience possible. Travvis was quick to accommodate our schedule for our initial visit. He was knowledgeable and helpful in providing answers to potentially problematic Windows. The shades were delivered and installed in a short time period. Our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend both Travvis and Budget Blinds to people in out area.
