From the initial call to set up an appointment, to the actual install, our experience was awesome! Everyone was professional and friendly. The quality of the blinds is great. Extreme professionalism from start to install! Jake Williams was great at listening and understanding exactly what we wanted and needed. With his years of experience he helped expedite the order before the holidays. And the install by Colt Lewis was done to perfection. We would highly recommend Budget Blinds Crossville.
Great service! The installers came when they said they would, and were considerate, polite and careful with the installation. There was a blemish on one of the shutters and they pointed it out. Follow-up and replacement were quick and professional. We are very pleased with our plantation shutters and would recommend them to everyone. We will definitely use them again.
We found the staff to be very professional and congenial. Had a little problem getting a hold of someone at first but after iniial contact they were polite as nd punctual.
From design to installation this process was exceptionally well handled. Rich did an excellent job and was very concerned with our satisfaction, to the point of immediately reordering a damaged blind. We would highly recommend Budget Blind to anyone considering window treatments.

We had some vertical blinds installed by Budget blinds. From the beginning when they came out to give us an estimate of the cost they were nothing but professional' never tried to sell us something we did not need . The installation by Ron Peck was perfect. I would recommend Budget Blinds o anyone. We are very satisfied with them and the product they installed.
My experience with this company was one of complete satisfaction. Jake did the selling and measuring. He was very helpful in describing his products and guiding me to what I needed. He was great to work with. When our blinds arrived , Ron P came to do the installation. He was friendly and efficient. He did a great job and I am very happy with the results. I would gladly recommend this company to my friends.
Working with Travis and Ron Peck was great. Both were courteous and listened to my wants and needs. The blinds are up and are great everything and more than I expected.
