Colt has been to our home several times installing Lutron shades a little at a time. He does a great job and we LOVE our Lutron shades.
We had plantation shutters installed in our house and we love them! Travis Kief came to our home twice to make sure we chose the best shutters for our windows. Installation was perfect with no surprises. I highly recommend Budget Blinds!
I am very pleased with our Budget Blind experience. Travis was very kind and patient with us through the sales process and even offered to make an extra trip if we needed him to. Donnie and Colton were both respectful and conscientious installing the blinds. The Plantation shutters we chose look great and I believe they will enhance the overall look of our home. Working with Travvis and Budget Blinds was just about the easiest and most satisfying experience possible. Travvis was quick to accommodate our schedule for our initial visit. He was knowledgeable and helpful in providing answers to potentially problematic Windows. The shades were delivered and installed in a short time period. Just had new blinds put in yesterday. Love them. Two guys camein the middle of a down pour. They backed up to the garage and came in that way. They were so polite and helpful and they were done in no time. I would definitely call them again for blinds, drapes. screen doors, they do it all. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable on his products. His follow up was amazing. He called to confirm our appointment and was on time. Colt was our installer. Our appointment with Colt was between 9-10 am and he called when he was within 50 min of our home. He arrived at 9:10. Our blinds look great and the quality is great. I will definitely buy more blinds for our other windows in our home in the near future. Great Job and well done. Kathy
they came when they said they would. They installed the retractable screen door in an hour. The retractable screen door is nice but I'm not sure how long it will last as the handle seems a bit flimsy and I anticipate this will give out in less than a year. I hope not because I like the way it works and is much nicer than having a clumsy storm door and it is nice to allow light in an entrance that is otherwise dim
