Jake was excellent in getting us the correct blinds and presenting what would go with each room. Colt was excellent and tidy when he showed up (on time) with my order and had them hung in perfect time. I have never seen anyone use a cloth to lay on the wood floors to keep them clean and a garbage bag to throw all the wrappings in after. I would definitely buy from you again.
Absolutely love my shutters - Travvis , Ron and Colt were fabulous.
The sales staff and the installation staff were efficient and did exactly what they were supposed to do. Travis, Jake and Cory were great to work with. I love that they clean up all their mess as well as installing the shutters. The shutters are beautiful! I highly recommend them if you are interested in blinds or shutters.
We had a broken cord and had to send in for repair. The blind was lost somewhere in shipping back. Budget blinds gave us a new set of blinds . The problem was resolved within a couple of weeks. Budget blinds had the best service I have ever seen in a company!! The prices are terrific, and the two gentlemen that helped (Tyler and Jake) were so polite and knew exactly what they were talking about!
