Budget Blinds is an excellent company and I highly recommend them. Travis and Ron were prompt, efficient and courteous in the measuring, ordering and installation of the blinds in my sunroom, living room, front entryway and bedrooms. All the windows look wonderful and I am well pleased. I like that they are helpful, but not pushy, and they offer a great warranty on their products.. I would definitely use them again for any future window treatment needs I may have.
We are very pleased with Budget Blinds. Jake came to the house, explained our options and helped us decide what blinds would look best in our house. Two weeks later the installer called and set up an appointee to install the blinds. We are thrilled and would definitely recommend Budget Blinds.
There service is good. They are efficient and get the job done in a short time. Friendly we are really pleased with the blinds. Would definitely recommend them.
Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable on his products. His follow up was amazing. He called to confirm our appointment and was on time. Colt was our installer. Our appointment with Colt was between 9-10 am and he called when he was within 50 min of our home. He arrived at 9:10. Our blinds look great and the quality is great. I will definitely buy more blinds for our other windows in our home in the near future. Great Job and well done. Kathy
Travis came to our home and he was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in providing all the information we needed to make our selection that day. Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Cole. He installed the shades in our sunroom. He was here on time and did great work. What a nice young man!
We just had our new home done through Budget Blinds and the quality and service was outstanding! The sales man was knowledgeable and helpful in our selection and the installer was courteous, on time, and conscientious of our home and belongings. I have use several home professionals before but they could take a lesson in customer quality from Budget Blinds Crossville
they came when they said they would. They installed the retractable screen door in an hour. The retractable screen door is nice but I'm not sure how long it will last as the handle seems a bit flimsy and I anticipate this will give out in less than a year. I hope not because I like the way it works and is much nicer than having a clumsy storm door and it is nice to allow light in an entrance that is otherwise dim
Working with Travvis and Budget Blinds of Crossville we were able to do a large picture window with a motorized shade. And a shade for my front door. I am extremely pleased with my motorized shade and Travvis was very knowledgeable about his product and was able to offer me advice in making appropriate decision for my needs.
