Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable on his products. His follow up was amazing. He called to confirm our appointment and was on time. Colt was our installer. Our appointment with Colt was between 9-10 am and he called when he was within 50 min of our home. He arrived at 9:10. Our blinds look great and the quality is great. He was also very professional. He arrived when he said he would, was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Budget Blinds.
