We had Budget Blinds install blinds in master bedroom and bath. One of the blinds had a small flaw in it that was brought to our attention by the installer. He ordered a complete new blind to replace it and replaced the original blind he had installed with it when it came in. That was impressive. Several months later I had one of our blinds from the living room that had been installed when the house was built, have it's pull cord break. Had a great experience with Budget Blinds. They were not pushy when they came to do the measuring and estimate. Ron installed 29 blinds in our house. He was pleasant and professional. The blinds appear to be of good quality. I would highly recommend.
I just had 2 windows done in my condo and I just love the new window treatments. I selected the fabric accordion pleated type - the ones that go up or down as my new windows have the feature of being able to be opened from the top or bottom. The colors that I picked out were perfect for the rooms. This is my second home that I have had Budget Blinds and am so satisfied with their work and the products. Thank you Travis!
We began our experience with Budget Blinds of Crossville almost 10 years ago and they were the best at assisting us in window treatments, with the best service, product (Shutters and Blinds), best quality, and an unbelievable warranty, which they stood by whenever we called them.
