Was looking for a truck for a while. Bud Clary had what I wanted. Ethan and Talon did a great job finding the right truck for my needs. We recently bought a Suburu Outback from Bud Clary. Mike Puzach was our salesman. I don't like walking onto dealership parking lots because of the hassle that usually takes place. I don't like some slippery sales person trying to take me for a ride. This is not the case with Mike P at Bud Clary Suburu. He treated us with respect and was very knowledgeable about the product. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend our friends to buy from Mike and Bud Clary.

Nice people don't get me wrong. The problem i have is unreasonably high prices. Warrenty is useless and still charge you for engine related components even if you have a warrenty on it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The car i bought from them had problems from the get go. Fuel economy was poor. Mass air flow was bad. Crankshaft position sensor actuator solenoid went bad. Timing chain guide broke twice so im dealing with the occasional sound it makes on start up which they wernt able to identify. Pretty much taken... read more

Have had a Rocky start with the purchase of my new truck in early November. I contacted my salesmen Ryan with all the issues and every time I was taken care of with red carpet treatment. I understand things happen and nothing is perfect. I appreciate the way they take care of problems as well as their customer service. Tristan, I do apologize about the lack of respect for your vehicle. I will make sure it does not happen again. I have talked to the technicians that worked on your vehicle and they did drive it to the dump and back to try to verify the problem and it did idle for quite a while when he was scanning it and the vehicle does compute mileage the whole time it is running, even when stopped idling, I am hoping that is the reason for the decrease in fuel economy. I had an issue with the service department and spoke with the department manager who assured me that my experience was not normal. He asked that give it another try and made an appointment for my car to get a full interior/exterior detail. Well i have to say my experience today was much better.
