Long sold us a '14 Toyota RAV4 today and delivered excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. The dealership was quite busy today, so while we waited to complete the sale he washed our other car and taught me how to set up the Bluetooth connection to use our mobile phones hands-free thru the car speakers (on our other car). Also walked us through how to use various systems on the new vehicle. He was super-helpful. Great car buying experience!

I can no longer recommend this business. After we had a signed contract for the car, we received an invoice, with NO explanation for an additional $413.00. This invoice came and looked as if it was an attempt at identity theft. We called the dealership, and no one called back. We called again and were told that we owed RTA tax, because they forgot to add it! Being honest, we gave them a credit card number and these people actually ADDED another $13 charge WITHOUT TELLING US because we used a credit card! Unbelievable! And th... read more

On second visit to dealer, I was waiting in service for recall work, and looking at my phone to kill time. At one point, a female employee walking by stops, and points to several people next to me and mentions how she likes this generation, because they read. She then points to me, and someone at the other end of the waiting area, and then states, "this generation however", and acts like she's holding a phone to her face. As she walks away, I mention that I also read, just not magazines, getting several chuckles from people.... read more

We recently bought our new Impreza through Bud Clary. Brian helped us every step of the way and explained every detail. With it being our first experience buying a car, he made it a great one and made us feel comfortable. When we got home we noticed we had a flat from driving over a screw. We brought it in the next day and they replaced the tire for us for free!
