Once again my car won't start. I've had it in the shop 3-4 times and a month later I'm stranded someplace. Have to find someone to tow the car in since Clary's doesn't tow. Then they can't seem to get it right. I had a recall for my ignition but they said all it was for was a new key. It's so frustrating to have to deal with them.
Always friendly, fast and courteous. I transferred from another state and they took care of my needs right away.

Bought a 2014 Sierra 2500HD duramax on the 9th, tax title plates was included in the loan and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Charged me to much for my state taxes that was included in the loan and now still don't have it legal they refuse to give me what I am now paying interest on that was above the original sales tax instead they want to send it to the finance agency for me (what a cluster this has been) I recommend not doing business with them before doing their job for them, and investigating and knowing exactly wh... read more
Biggest pet peeve with this place is that when you take your car into service dept or detail they NEVER EVER call you to let you know your vehicle is ready...

they treated me like sh--- tonite, i am buying a car tomorrow from hannah. sry i dont drive a hummer, just a wonderful saturn. they r liers .i give them a lower rating but there isnt one.they stated they could fund a part i went to part store 7$ later i have it. stupid people

They honored most of the warranty on our car, but "fixed" something on it that supposedly wasn't covered. $143.75 later, the problem we had still persists... The real solution was a sensor, which, for whatever reason, IS covered under the warranty. Will they issue a refund? Hell no. For that reason, we are no longer doing business with Bud Clary. Take your business elsewhere; I suggest Columbia Ford!
