Their troubleshooting skills are horrible. I took my Raptor in to fix a solenoid issue in my transmission and it came out with a completely different issue. They then grasped at straws to try and fix the problem they caused. They tore apart my transfer case, replaced IWE's, did a smoke test on the vacuum line, why they didn't do a vacuum check I don't know!?? They claimed a wire was broken.
