Dishonest on all accounts. Quoted one price over the phone. Get there to pick up the truck same service guy says wow why is this so much� when he pulls up the bill... then back peddles when manager comes to look say he told me otherwise. They charged me more than the list price for the Ford parts. After calling three other dealerships the same part was at list price or less. I had the worst experience with the parts department. They sold me a part with a typical line of "you have 30 days to return it for your cash" and I specifically asked if it was a problem that I had purchased a electrical part and was told "as long as you don't open the package". So I brought it back and was told that it had to be approved and I could possibly get a check in a week or so if approved. With the part on the counter in perfect shape and no tears in the plastic. Had amazing customer service right from the start. Didn't feel pressured, or rushed it was so easy walking in and leaving with our new car! Drew Cargill was a great salesman to work with highly recommended him and we love our new car!
These guys are so awesome! They squeezed Michelle in when her car broke down on I-90 and fixed her up so she got home safely. Rockstars!!!
