Terrible customer service. They dont return phone calls/texts to give status on our vehicle. We had our car in there for a 7:30am appointment. I started calling at 11:00 am to get status. No one would answers or calls me back. I called every hour and left messages. I even tried texting. No response. My wife finally got through on the phone at 4:45 and they told her they havent even looked at the vehicle yet. She told them she was going to pick the car up at 5:00. On the 24th of May 2024 at 10:45, I had an appointment at the Bud Clary **** dealership for an oil change on my 2021 **** Ranger. I had expected to have my vehicle back and on the road no latter than 1pm, preferably sooner because I needed to drive it to ***** and arrive by 5pm. I checked if it was done around 1:15 it was not done yet. At 2:25 I checked on it again, I was told it would be ready to go in 5 minuets. Bud clary ford of Moses lake worst customer service I have ever experienced! My pickup has been sitting at bud clary ford of Moses lake since june for warranty motor work, as it has been sitting in the same parking space for almost the last 5 months. I have contacted the bud clary service department and was told I would receive a new motor September 7th when I called the **** warranty in august they said they have only heard from bud clary two times and I was not receiving a motor. I made an appointment to get the computer in *********** vehicle on March 1st. The appt was on March 7th. I was not given a estimate for the work. When the work was complete, I pre pared to pay when the sales person told me the price. I started to give him a credit card. He then told me they wanted cash and I would have to pay a fee if I used check or credit card. Bud Clary had me bring my car in for a recall. They left the doors open for hours and ruined my battery. And instead of taking responsibility for it, they acted like nothing happened and left me to drive my car where it died. When I asked them to help me fix it they are making me pay over $150 to replace my battery. So I would not recommend them and wouldn’t even take them in for a free recall because it will end up costing you.

So I want to start by saying thank you. We are making a huge cross country move and wanted a truck to help tow. Tysen helped us and oh my goodness how this place worked magic and got us exactly what we need and wanted. First time we didnt SETTLE for a rig we didn’t want. 🥰🥰 we love our truck, and thank you you tysen and Geoff. Also...their claims on not spending the whole day there is accurate. Very quick, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, thanks Mitch. Service department-Not happy with my new truck not being serviced correctly. They did a full inspection the day of purchase. Went in two weeks later for stereo glitch, and found a filthy air filter, brake fluid, transmission fluid low. So that means they never did a complete check, just washed it to look good. Check under the hood before you leave the lot or sign any paperwork...
