Bud Clary had me bring my car in for a recall. They left the doors open for hours and ruined my battery. And instead of taking responsibility for it, they acted like nothing happened and left me to drive my car where it died. When I asked them to help me fix it they are making me pay over $150 to replace my battery. So I would not recommend them and wouldn’t even take them in for a free recall because it will end up costing you.

Tysen helped us and oh my goodness how this place worked magic and got us exactly what we need and wanted. First time we didnt SETTLE for a rig we didn’t want. 🥰🥰 we love our truck, and thank you you tysen and Geoff. Also...their claims on not spending the whole day there is accurate. Very quick, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, thanks Mitch. Service department-Not happy with my new truck not being serviced correctly. They did a full inspection the day of purchase. Went in two weeks later for stereo glitch, and found a filthy air filter, brake fluid, transmission fluid low. So that means they never did a complete check, just washed it to look good. Check under the hood before you leave the lot or sign any paperwork...
Service was quickly done.
Thanks so much for getting our Truck fixed as we were traveling with 20 head of Horses from Auburn, WA to Tulsa, OK for a National show. It is imperative for the Health of the Horses to get back on the road to our layover and Bud Clary Ford got right on the job to our truck repair. 5 Stars!!!
Still haven’t had a good experience and either location. Customer service is at an 8 and mechanics are at a 2. They always forget something or it’s installed wrong.
The people are friendly and they inform you on what has been done and what needs to be done. But don't pressure you.
