Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I did not buy the truck we have from here but I wish we had. I just had a chipped key made but beings the experience was so nice when we trade this one in it will be with Bud Clary. Its a 2005 so we've had it awhile. Almost time for a newer model. :)

We purchased a new Escape this weekend. Very pleased with the sales experience. As someone who deals with car values day in and day out, and likely understands values better than the average person I was satisfied with the trade in amount and the price on the new vehicle (although there was no negotiation necessary due to already below msrp and high factor rebates). Kortni did an amazing job detailing my car. She took in my car when I mentioned I was dissatisfied with my previous detail and redid the detail. That’s amazing customer service!! I’m very happy with the job she did. She’s great!
They need to get their Service Dept together! I scheduled an appointment on Friday for today and when my daughter gets there with her truck, they tell her she’s not on the schedule! I also had issues with the Service Dept last month with my truck!
Never even got past the the skinny old guy with the glasses in the service department. When I came in with a pickup that is only three months old and said my AC quit when it is currently 102 degrees outside, the last thing I want to hear is how you wish you could quit. Very unprofessional! No wonder Bud Clary has such a horrible reputation in Grant County. First time I’ve ever been there and last time.
I worked with the sells lady named Martina. She’s one hell of a sales lady and did a wonderful job. I went in just to look and she made me fall in love with my new 2017 Ford F-150. She has amazing customer service and I will recommend everyone to her.
