I've never given a review ever in my life... this is how bad my experience was. My family and myself have been patients of Dr. Files for a very long time. We have never had an issue and always raved about how awesome and nice everyone is. The doctors here are still spectacular but the front desk staff are the most unprofessional/rude human beings I've ever interacted with. Unbelievable how this place that I loved so much has changed. I have been with this office for over 20 years and loved the doctors and nurse practitioners, they were very caring and truly cared about their patients. Now when I do go in I feel like I am in an assembly line. I'm not sure what changed but it is very upsetting. When I called again today I used a different phone and used the prompt to pay a bill and got right through! Imagine that? But, the receptionist was very rude and abrupt.
