Verified Renter Overall I would give 3.5 here. The only exceptional part of this apartment is the maintenance staffs. they are always trying to help you and resolve issue on time. However there is a fly problem during the summer. It's not livable condition. I asked my friends but seems like this apartment has the worst condition for flies. Also, I dont think the rent is cheaper given the condition so I would recommend to look for better conditioned apartment at the same price

Verified Renter Love the location of the apartments with easy access to the off leash dog park, shopping, food, and groceries!! Staff is super nice and does listen to feedback. They are always more than happy to help fix what they can.

Verified Renter Quiet for the most part but excellent location to live for convenience. I do think the windows could use a monthly clearing along with the hallway carpet. Bathrooms could be updated.

Verified Renter Buckhead 960 is a beautiful place to stay, very safe and the leasing office is very friendly and always helpful to us. I like it here, I have renewed my lease because I feel safe to stay at Buckhead 960. One thing I don’t like it’s the dog poo that is all over the place, they are trying to clean but people still don’t take care of the or dogs dirty.
