Verified Renter ?? Rent price is good ?? Friendly staff ?? Nearby some good stores ?? Right by the Marta for convenient travel ?? Lots of events ?? Surprisingly, not a lot of cars on the road ?? Train noises get irksome ?? Obnoxious drivers with loud exhaust often speed by, probably taking advantage of the empty road. ?? Millenial grey interior Overall, not bad living here. Has it's advantages. It's a good place for young people or businessmen.

Verified Renter I rate my experience at Buckhead960 4.5/5 stars. I love the spacious and modern apartments, well maintained building, nice gym, friendly staff, resident events, package pickup system, and being walking distance to MARTA, the mall, Path400, and Target. My only complaint is noisy residents at the pool after 10 pm. Quiet hours start at 9 pm and the pool closes at 10 pm so noise after 10 pm is unacceptable and a huge annoyance for residents that live in apartments that face the pool.
Verified Renter need a squat rack in gym and need more places to do actual weight lifting in gym. there are not enough places for that. i feel there are only bikes there for cardio and free weights are not the same thing

Verified Renter Pretty good price and location. Helpful staff and quick to respond. But the inside of the apartment is old and the furnitures are worn out a bit. And the carpet has a strange smell.

Verified Renter The resident experience is nice but I feel there should be one more elevator which would be helpful. Also, I did not like the behavior of Marnie, I would say I felt very cold vibes from her and it would be great if she is but more inclusive and soft towards me.

Verified Renter I love everyone from Lease Office to Maintenance, they're all great and helpful people. The location is very convenient for me, I can easily go to work, Marta, Lenox Mall, groceries...all without a car. But I had a few issues in my apartment when I moved in that lasted almost 3 months (the apartament was not neat and clean, had pest issues - mostly spiders), I didn't feel safe.
