Verified Renter I still love it here and I Don’t plan on moving anytime soon. I’ve been here since 2021 in two different units. Everything is up to par. If I had to change one thing, it would be screens on the windows to be able to let fresh air in and keep bugs out. Other than that, no complaints.

Verified Renter Really can't complain. Wish they would have two different monthly fees for large pets vs. small pets. We just have a small pet. Natural gas oven and stove top would be better than electric.

Marta is right across the apartment; however, 3 major issues 1. indoor garage disposal - it creates a horrible smell inside the building and the management can't do anything about it 2. MARTA train noise every 10-20 mins. if you're a sensitive type, just stay away 3. party people on weekends during summer
