Great customer service I just got done speaking with Anna, the young lady/leasing agent that answered the phone. Anna was professional, thorough, patient, and a pleasure to deal with from the start. We had all our questions answered and she even went to the unit my son would be renting and took pics to email me. Who says great customer service is a thing of the past?!? She was great and we just sent in the rental application. Thank you Anna!
great affordable apartment for the location good: -location. next to lenox mall -they give you a goodie bag including a coupon for free pizza on day 1 -office open 7 days per week. -walking distance to gym and supermarket -in unit laundry -price is not cheap, but good value for buckhead. bad: -not much, well the shower wasn't working well but they managed to fix it on day 1. i currently live there.
Too much problems with false fire alarm Living here for 2 years now. Good staff, it's getting a little pricey, but the complex has a terrible problem with false fire alarm. Sometimes, at 4am. In the middle of the night. Beware. And we had some break-ins. The community definitely needs more security features and better fire alarm system.
Alexan Lenox brings tha heat! Good news: -Very close to MARTA which makes trips to the airport, midtown, and downtown a breeze -Very close to Lenox Mall where there's tons of restaurants, shops, etc. -New park recently constructed right next door -Used to be a condo, thick walls, noisy neighbors is not a problem -Leasing staff rocks Bad news: -Currently lots of construction in the area
Could be perfect... The Alexan at Lenox *could* be perfect and it does have a lot going for it. I like my neighbors, the location is AMAZING, I never have issues with noise, the office staff is friendly... BUT the common area is a little run down and needs updating, the bugs outside (not inside) can be really bad, and the grounds need some work. All in all.. I really love my apartment and my experience has been pretty good. I will most likely renew!
Location! Location! Location! The Alexan Lenox could use a little...freshening up. It's modeled on an open, courtyard plan. A key fog is necessary to enter any of the apartment buildings or parking garage. Since new construction is happening right across the way, I do think the back side should be fenced in some how. Lot of highs & lots of lows... When I moved into my apartment my shower didn't work. I immediately reported it but, since it wasn't an emergency, maintenance wouldn't come fix it. I went a week without a shower. Then we had a cracked tile in the kitchen and maintenance moved all our appliances into the living room. Didn't cover the furniture, dust everywhere. Long story short. You can fight and lower your rent. Get some fans installed. But if you don't have time to fight, just move on.
