Location and community: proximity to many things but also in a quiet neighborhood. Great for people who loves to walk. People here I’ve encountered are very nice and friendly. I’ve met friends who helped me since I’m from NY 2. Maintenance and management are very responsive and quick and generous ie. they don’t charge you for fixing stuff.
