Verified Renter With my time being here i've found that maintenance is super quick. There is cameras everywhere even in the garage so i always feel safe. It's close to so many amazing places!

Our experience is great so far! Jared is super hel... Our experience is great so far! Jared is super helpful and made our move in process very smooth. The Net Cafe is my favorite feature here, because you get free coffee and access to a workspace as well as a printer. It's very close to a lot of great food places, grocery stores, and shopping areas. Overall, it's a great place to live!
Poorly maintained and total disregard for the condo rules I'm a current tenant. I do not have any agenda besides informing the public about the current state of things. The building is poorly maintained, so please pay extra attention to how clean the carpeting and the premises are when you are taking your tour. I love living here If you are looking for an apartment in the Buckhead area, this would be the place it is very affordable. I moved here A little over a year ago and although my lease is coming to an end I must say this place is excellent. The people at the front desk really care about you unlike most apartments. We have a security guard that roves the property. Amenities are great like the computer room and the gym. I have never seen any unwanted bugs in my apartment besides ladybugs.
