Excellent Restaurant -- and They Cater Outside the Restaurant, Too!!!! – We recently had our wedding catered by the fabulous folks at Buca Di Beppo in Whitehall, and they honestly could not have done a more fantastic job!!!! Our wedding was a truly wonderful day and a tremendous success -- and we owe a good part of that to James (the terrific Head Pisano Chef) and the fantastic staff he brought along with him to assist with everything!!!! Some Great stuff... some very average stuff – 3.5 Stars. I liked Buca di Beppo, I didn't love it. I would definitely recommend going with a large group, 7-10 people is about right. The boisterous atmosphere is great for a big party and there is less risk in ordering since you'll be having several family style dishes you can simply avoid the 'misses'. And there will be misses, the fettucine alfredo is quite bland for instance, but you'll also be pleasantly surprised at some dishes.
Itialian Food that is OK, but picturess are pretty neat – Food is large, and prices are not to bad. The salads at the beginning of the meal are VERY yummy!! I do find it somewhat average, but not bad for the price and the staff is really quiet nice!! Deb
delicious food! – The atmosphere was fun and happy! The food was delicious and the service was great. This is an excelent place to go with a group to eat!
