Never ordering or patronizing Buca di Beppo again. Ordered food for 15 people for Easter today. 12 pm pickup. Got here at 11:45. We’re still waiting almost an hour later. I just asked the lady what’s going on and how much longer, and we got a “I’m just taking names right now.” I expect disorganization from a smaller company with not much to go experience. Ordered take out - chicken for 3 and meatballs for 5 and got 3 tiny pieces of chicken and 3 meatballs :( will not order again!

Well, today... 3-25-20... I accepted their email invitation to order take out of *Chicken Limone*. A complete meal for 4 with salads, pasta & breads. Planned to go pick it up, save them a trip. Called around 5:p.m. to order... Pressed 1 as instructed to *order take out*.... it rang..and Rang..and RAng... and RANg... and RANG. NO ONE ever answered. After twenty... Yes..., 20 rings... I hung up!! We won't be using them for take out dinners.
