Celebrating my son's birthday, so he picked the place. Stuffed shells were so spicy, terrible! The veal was not enough for 1 person, let alone THREE, no drink refills, server wasn't very friendly. We ordered vanilla ice cream for my 2.5 yr old grandson, she came back THREE times asking if it was VANILLA, then came back 2 more times without the dang ice cream, I asked her to please bring the little guy the DANG ice cream, she said, "I have to wait for the dessert guy", WTH is a dessert guy. After 2 failed attempts I will NEVER go back. We have always ordered a very large take out dinner order for new years eve. This year we placed our order as always and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour after the food was supposed to be ready. They sent us a $20 off coupon for our troubles and when I used it I had to wait for 30 minutes in the lobby. I never got my food and got a refund. The manager is incompetent and has no business running a restaurant.
Kayla was a great server! Food was great and the coupon was awesome!
Food was great until I found a razor blade in my bruschetta take out. With my mouth. Spent over $100 for two people on dinner. Haven't heard anything after complaining on multiple platforms. Buca does not care if you live or die.
We always love their food and the drinks are Delious Never have to wait to be seated and the wait staff are awesome...one negative thing tho I like my food to be hot when They bring it...its always jus warm...still good tho but they could work on that...I still recommend this restaurant to everyone...you will love it!!!!!!!...
We were in the area last night so we decided to go to Bucas.Service was very disappointing.After waiting a while we finally got our bread.Getting refills on our drinks were quite rare and not only that but she brought my husband out the wrong dish.She tried to make it out like we ordered the wrong dish.A manager came over an insulted us by taking 3.00 off our 75.00 bill.Keep in mind it took calling out to 4 servers before the 5th one came over to the table to go get our waitress before we could even rectify the problem in th... read more
