Restaurant was only about half full. Sat us in a room with a large party that we're so loud you couldn't hear others at your table. Our reservation was for 8 sat at a table for 5. Waitress was slow getting the remainder of our settings. Food came before everyone had plates, silverware and our beverages. Pizza was cold the cheese was not even melted. Service slow, food cold, table too small and overall not a really great experience.
Not kid friendly. You're going to spend money and the kid's only want chicken nuggets and fries not this place. Food kinda decent not much flavor. East side Mario's better and half the price and will bring kid's food first
It had been a couple of years since I was here. I was excited to eat here last night. I used to love it, but was sadly disappointed this time. The food wasn't great and dessert was actually terrible. Bummed that the quality of food has gone down. Cool Italian atmosphere, but the menu needs an upgrade.
Veal was tough, overcooked. Excited for the Chef's Table experience only to be ignored by all kitchen staff, as well as looked at like we were being an annoyance. Very disappointing.
It was terrible the hostess had no clue what she was doing its sad when u can get a better salad at Big Boys food was terrible wouldn't recommend it
They had no bread and no Lasagne. They told us they had some bread then they didn't. They brought out a small basket of rolls for 12 of us. Then I asked for more she said we won't like them. They tried to rush out out of there. We took our cake without giving us option to cut it. $1.50 a piece to slice it. Told manager. Never came out to talk to us. So hot in there. Never will go back. Ruined my mom's birthday.
The food was worse than olive garden with alost double the price. I dont know how this place is still in business.
