I placed an order last week for birthday party and I ordered an extra meal . I live an hour away so I had my daughter pick up on her way down , the order was missing a $34 dish of spaghetti with meatballs so I called Bucca to let them know the girl on phone apologized and said they could email me gift card or refund the $$ I chose the gift card because we love their food and knew we would order again . Canceled Our reservation that we had for over an hour 5 minutes before he reservation when we pulled in to the parking lot they called us and said we are canceling your reservation because we closed a half an hour ago yet they have plenty of open reservations in all reservation platforms. Be careful when booking here be sure to call first because they will have open reservations when they are actually closed.
Made reservations to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Told them that when it was made . After the meal we were asked if we wanted dessert ? Again we said ask the birthday girl . She was supposed to get a large brownie Sunday with sparklers and a candelabra, with the cast singing to her . When the desert came he set it on the table . We said hand it to the birthday girl . The pick-up line at the Lombard location was quick, friendly, and efficient! Since we couldn’t dine-in due to Covid, this was the next best option! The staff really knows how to show their customers a fun, family friendly dining experience with great authentic Italian food and a large list of wine pairings.
