Visited for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my fiancé and brother. The three of us had lots of fun, and I liked the family-style service. Our food was tasty, my cocktail was fantastic, the prices were good, and our server Zane was very efficient and friendly. Looking forward to coming back whenever I can get some more people to go with me :)
We went to this amazing restaurant in Franklin, TN last night. It was my first visit. The experience was so amazing that a day later I’m posting about my visit And recommending as a ����� restaurant. Franklins Tennessee’s Buca di Beppo is without a doubt our favorite restaurant. The service was fantastic. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was the best stuffed mushroom appetizer we have ever had and the entree was just as delicious!!! You think Olive garden is good or any other “italian” restaurant. I was very satisfied with the service, food and value. The family style service was fun and the decor was very interesting. We were pressed for time but I look forward to dining with Buca again.
Service was great Food was not good. Have been to this location several times. Was not happy this time.
I hosted a bridal shower and was pleased with the cost, the room and the food. Our server was attentive and his out going personality certainly added to the fun. I would certainly host other events there. Diet restrictions were handled well. The cheesecake and Sangria were excellent. The salads fresh and flavorful. The fettuccine was creamy and rich. The chicken parmigiana was well portioned and red sauce was excellent. We all had a wonderful experience and would recommend them for your party needs.

We go to Buca’s for all of our family celebrations. We have been to NC, NY, and now TN. Last nights service in Franklin,TN was awful!!!! Very rushed!! Our server was not friendly at all!!! Very disappointed!!!! The food was good but when you go to Buca’s, the service is just as important!!

First time and it was aweful! I never got a refill. The food took over an hour and it was cold. The waitress was rude! Asked me to get out of her way while i was trying to grab my 3 year old out of her chair. We had to ask for our order to be taken. And then while walking out, the lady in the expo was playing with her fingernails... i will never be back!

All was wonderful! I called in a reservation for the kitchen table and they “lost” the reservation because of a new computer system... my birthday was still special, just bummed that they basically just told me whoops 🙄
