Yesterday was our first time visiting Buca di Beppo. We went for the family style dining experience to celebrate our friend's birthday, but we left with much more!! The food was all delicious-- big portions and fun atmosphere. Our waitress Halley was so accommodating and kind. A HUGE shout out to our man Mac-- the absolute best customer service we have EVER had! He gave all credit for our experience to our waitress Halley & back of the house! What a leader!

The food was ridiculously slow coming out even though we were probably the fourth or fifth cable to be seated and the wine was hot and the food was cold
