I just ordered the burnt ends and it was all fat. Disgusting. I've never had burnt ends that I've not been able to eat.

RecommendedIn my opinion, this is the best place for BBQ in the state of Missouri. I have had BBQ in Kansas City and St. Louis and Buba’s is the best. They have great portions, the meat is smoky and good (I get the Brisket), and the sides are wonderful (try their beans). Their BBQ sauce is thick and has amazing flavor. You can’t go wrong going to Buba’s.
