The BBQ sauce on the table tasted like ketchup and the spicy was soured! The cup I was given was glued and caught my lip twice. The mac and cheese was unedible.
FANTASTIC! stopped in while waiting for a colleague to arrive at the airport. When traveling for work I always try to find the local flavor and Bubba's blew me away! Wings were perfectly smoked, sauced ( bbq of course) and fried. The potato salad and beans also were full of flavor with a hint of smokey deliciousness. Some places overdue the smoker but it's clear that Bubba knows what he's doing. The friendly staff made me feel like a local. Springfield should be proud of Bubbas!

Great food! Have never had a bad meal there! Have moved on the other side of town, but will still drive there for the best BBQ in Springfield!
