Wow! We had our first experience here this week and I'm blown away! my husband and I called ahead for an order to go and we got the 5 meat platter. It was $17.99, and fed both of us with leftovers! We ordered the ham, turkey, brisket, sausage and burnt ends. The burnt ends were the collective favorite (because, well, burnt ends) but everything was delicious. They were an hour late for my wedding reception, AN HOUR. I was assured that they would “knock it out of the park” for me on multiple occasions and that was hardly the case. While the food was good, the tardiness was unacceptable, especially for this kind of event. I requested a baked potato bar and was told the baked potatoes would be pre cut or there would be someone there to assist in opening them. Did you guys know Bubba’s caters? Yep! They catered BBQ for my wedding. They delivered and set up. Everything was exactly what we wanted! Price was very reasonable.

I had the pleasure of stopping in at Bubba’s on Friday for lunch. Chasity was very helpful in suggesting menu items, since this was my first visit. I had the Burnt end dinner with beans, and potato salad. Everything was very good the burnt ends were done right! As were those beans! The potato salad is not your average, so it is a definite must try. Who can say no to the Fried Apple pie and ice cream. Oh my! What a treat! I will certainly be stopping in again!

I get bubba's ribs all the time. best I've ever had. no sauce needed. but last night I got a full rack to go. when the wife and I indulged, I was kinda disappointed. the sweet bbq flavor was a little lacking, and the meat wouldn't pull clean from the bone, as they always have. I don't know if they didn't sit with the rub as long as usual, and maybe needed to stay in smoke a little longer? like I said a little disappointed, but I'll be back to try'em again. hope it was just a fluke.
