Horrendous service. Stood in the lobby waiting on a to go order for 20 minutes and was never acknowledged. For 15 of those 20 minutes I was the only person in the lobby. Two people working the counter who never once looked at me. Live in the area, love the food, but will never be back.

Yummy BBQ and sides! Always have a difficult time deciding what I want because it is all so delicious! Ribs, sausages, chicken, turkey, burnt ends, and more. Try it all! Sides are so UMMMM! And staff is friendly and helpful!

good bbq. service varies by the person who is working. it is counter service which is not going to be the same level of service as sit down oh, so set your expectations accordingly. to me BBQ is about the barbecue you can be as rude to me as you want as long as you have great barbecue I could care I care about the meat and the portion. some folks have commented on the sides, sides are of secondary importance. you can always go by the barbecue make the sides at home the way you like him sides are easy to make BBQs not.

The woman taking the order in the phone was very rude. Upon receiving my order I asked for a couple extra sauces which seemed to really be an inconvenience to her as she rolled her eyes and sighed. The fries were very soggy and the Mac n cheese was inedible. The beans and meat are good. This will probably just be a last resort for bbq when all the good spots in town are sold out. It’s a shame because it’s the closest bbq place to my house.
