Past experiences have been decent. Last visit we waited for food for over 45 minutes and when it arrived it was cold to the touch. Couldn't explain to the waiter as his English was broken and poor. Service and food were both poor. And at 2:30 in the afternoon they weren't even that busy.

Food is good but the staff is horrible and un- trustworthy..it was their that My boyfriend's credit card number was stolen and used.. so if you eat their..use cash.
I love to eat there. Food is wonderful and staff very friendly every time I have been.

I love Bubba Gump's. They have the absolute best She Crab Soup in Charleston. We ate there several times during our week vacation there.
Food is very good but overpriced.
