Very poor service. After server messed up one of our meals it took way too long to correct it!!! Others in group had to eat without one of group or wait and eat cold food. Two others had finished entree before sides came out!! Then server AND MANAGER was curt(rude). Not a happy meal. Recommendation RUN FOREST RUN!!!
Serving size needs to be bigger..the piece of mahi I got with my seafood trio was only 3 bites

Last night we went to Bubba Gump! The service was amazing. Our food came out very quick. And our waitress was the best! Overall a great experience!!
We got there before the place got packed, so we got a table fairly quickly. The food was delicious, our waiter was Andrew, and he was very personable and attentive. Loved the Forest Gump quiz he gave us. I plan to go every time we visit Gatlinburg.
Coconut shrimp is excellent! I was skeptical about the gumbo, tired out to be good also. Great service.
Over priced. Portions are small and really not that good. Ok
This is one of our "Go to".places in Gatlinburg. The food is always amazing, and the service is awesome. Wish we had one near us. :)
The food was priced to high and very small portion my husbands spaguetti was hard im so disapointed
