Best Bubba Gump's ever! Service and food was fantastic. This was our 6th different one and this by far was the best! Even better than Maui!
Well I saw the food from the window when I was passing by. And it looked so good. But when I get their food. I didn't like it at all. I took trip platter and it was just plain shrimps and fish grilled. And there was no marination nothing. Not even salt. I didn't like the food wate of money. That's platter was like $24

The service was great. The text notification system worked well. Our server, Austin, provided excellent service. I have mixed feelings about having to flip a sign to let your server know you need something. Luckily, our server checked up on us often. The food wasn't a great value, but good for Gatlinburg, TN.
We always make it a point to eat here during our yearly visit. The food is always great! This time had a few hiccups. Service was slow, they forgot to use a coupon we had which cost us $10 more and after waiting for quite sometime they gave our food to the wrong table. I would and will go back though!
I loved it! The experience was unique and fun! The food was delicious (I had the stuffed shrimp�) thanks for the great time!
I feel it was to expensive for what you got. 4 drinks cost $50.00 alone. I left still hungry for a $20.00 meal. Hubby said his was no good.
