I've never felt so unwelcome coming into a restaurant. The hostess went out of her way to be rude to us. Very weird vibes. We ask the manger what's up with that and her response was that it was just a slow rainy Sunday night, didn't really address the problem. Our server was nice though. If you actually read your reviews, you'll have something to say to the hostess working Sunday night. Perhaps a lesson in common courtesy.
My wife, daughter, and one of her friends just left your restaurant. THERE WAS A RAT RUNNING AROUND THE RESTAURANT! The manager apparently took $20 off of their ticket and asked them to be quiet about it. If I had been there they wouldn't have paid a damn thing! You'll be hearing from DHEC on Monday!
Love Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. Always eat there when I'm in Charleston.

Great thematic place! I will say, any problems we encountered were handled wonderfully by the management and our waitress was sweet as the tea! Great outdoor games while we waited. Our food was good. Overall...positive!
They were beyond friendly to and my dog! Great service, everyone is so friendly and kind, food was good also:) love love coming here. It's so pet friendly
The service here is horrible not only did we have to wait 20 mins for half of us to get drinks while the others had to wait longer we had to wait almost a hr for half the table to get food need a new staff big time. One time eating here is enough for me.
Service sucks my burger was burnt to a crisp and server returned after we were finished to ask how is everything. Servers were very poorly groomed looked as if they all needed a good scrubbing. I understand now why my family says no every time i visit and want to eat there. Never again
