The restaurant was empty and the food was cold. I asked the server how many cooks they had in the kitchen and he said three. It was pathetically sad!
I loved it! Great birthday dinner, & awesome service. I can't remember her name, but she was a great server! She made my birthday more memorable!! Loved the gift store, & the cashier in the gift store was really nice & courteous as well! Overall great experience, and I would definitely love to come back in future trips to Gatlinburg! (1/14/2018 - I'm just now doing a review because I just remembered to. I forgot to the day of.)
The service was excellent our waiter was awsom. He always kept us full of drinks. The food was the best we tasted in gattlinburg.
