I'm still trying to understand how any restaurant that sells snow crab and lobster can let customers place their order for SHELL fish, and bring it to the table as they announce, " you'll have to use your hands cuz we don't have any crackers!" WTH? "YOU can order something else if you like." I'd already sat there for at least 20-30 minutes for them to prepare this meal....so now I could wait for them to prepare another? Food is always exceptional! Service is great most of the time, friendly, clean and entertaining. Our waiter Ricky played trivia with us and two other tables on facts about the movie. Highly recommended!

Our server Kyle was the most personable guy ever. It was my service dog BUG's birthday and everyone came and sang to him!!! The food as normal was outstanding and the drinks perfect. Love to visit BGSC every time we come to Charleston as we love the experience as well as the food.
We arrived around 11:30 for lunch so we went straight in without my wait. The food was great, including dessert. The service was superb and the gift shop was cute.
One of the best places to go in Charleston, I even can get my wife to have a good drink.
Great place to eat seafood. Loved it. Will go back again.
