We always enjoy a trip to Bubba Gump's and this one did not disappoint. Our waitress, Tiffany, was awesome. She was attentive and friendly and made good recommendations for dinner. The food was great and served in a timely manner, the restaurant is clean and comfortable, and we had a great experience. We were recently in a Bubba's in Monterey, and our visit to Baltimore was very much nicer. Thanks, Tiffany!
I loved it!!!! Ms. Helen Johnson was a FANTASIC SERVER!!!! Went back the next day and she remembered our orders. This was my first experience with Bubba Gump and I'm from Chicago!!! Thumbs up Baltimore Location! !!!!!
Absolutely fabulous! The Hostess was spectacular, very welcoming and smiling (even though it was cold,cloudy and rainy ) Our server (Aaron) Was friendly, informative and knowledgeable, Our food arrived piping hot, delicious and just enough (We had breakfast around 10am ) to quench the cravings at 1:30...We were also treated to an aria by a young man whose name escapes me...Each person working that particular shift should get a raise ( Monetarily, not those pats on the back or gold stars some companies give) Because without e... read more
it was disappointing, the rice in the gumbo was clumped and hard sticking in my teeth. I'm not sure how to describe the crab cake but it had to be the worst one i have ever had. I had Bubba Gumps in Mexico twice and it was excellent both times but that one in Baltimore was bad.
We had a great time and a fantastic waiter his name was Reynard. Kept us laughing, did some trivia with us and was perfect. Whenever we come down we are looking to request him!

Had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious (I had the "I Am Stuffed Shrimp"). Our waiter was the best!...very prompt, courteous, energetic, engaging, and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and the decor entertaining. Enjoyed being able to look out the windows into the beautiful harbor. Visited the gift shop afterwards and was greeted by the sales clerk who began to quiz us on Forrest Gump trivia...fun time! I look forward to coming back here to eat.
Didn't get my points for my visit. Waiter was ok nothing spectacular!
