Iv lived in worse areas of town. Iv lived in worse apartments. But, I have never been so abused as a tenant anywhere, ever! 2 unlawful entries, and 2 unsecure exterior doors and no glimpse of fixing either problem put Bryan properties at the lowest of the low in my book. Dont forget all the "FREE" features like water sewer internet and cable, just one catch, if they dont work, its not their problem... and its not coming off the rent.
I have rented from Bryan Properties for over 2 years now and I have had the best experience. The office and maintenance staff are great and always get my problems solved in a timely manner. There have been some issues with the internet lately, but I know that they are doing their best to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Some things are out of their control. I am happy to be a Bryan Properties resident and wouldnt rent from anyone else!

If you like living in a smoke filled house and enjoying the loud parties that rock your apartment every thursday through sunday, this is the place for you! Not to mention vomit that will appear every once in a while on the staircase and random acts of car vandalism resulting in stray glass all over the parking lot. One day, I came home to find 6 police cars behind the residence with drug dogs initially arresting a guy for possession. Sounds like a spiffy place huh?
We have dealt with Bryant Prop for just over a month and they have been terrible. Our apartment was trashed when we got here from Wi. They forgot to tell us they would have to re-floor the master bathroom bc of excessive water damage and they would need to use the whole house as a workbench. It took two days for them to clean up the place so we could un-load the moving truck. It took a full month to get one working toilet between the two we have. I have dealt with over three different landlords now and Bryan Properties is by far the WORST of them all. We were going to move into our house but they wanted another week to clean, so our parents that drove a truck down to help us move were screwed and had to drive back. Not only that, but when we moved out we left some items in our closet by accident, and apparently there is a clause in all leases that if you leave ANYTHING behind you have to forfeit your entire deposit. \$900 that my roommates and I basically lit on fire... read more
