They were supposed to meet me a couple of times to show me some houses and never even showed up. They even stood me up at the same place twice and left me waiting there like a jerk. They never called or anything. Only clueless hacks dont show up for appointments. Dont seem very trustworthy to me.

DONT GO THROUGH BRYAN PROPERTIES! I am renting a duplex from them and there is black mold all in my place. When we first moved in a lady came by and said she lived here before us and had to move out because the black mold made her sick. Now that I am in it, I am getting sick from the black mold. Not only am I sick, but my roomate is as well. Ive lived in BP Pheasant Run apartments in Nixa for over a year now & they have been fine. Of course there have been a few times it took more than one mention of a problem to get it fixed but nothing has ever not been done. They even remodeled a unit for my family w/hardwood floors.

I have dealt with over three different landlords now and Bryan Properties is by far the WORST of them all. We were going to move into our house but they wanted another week to clean, so our parents that drove a truck down to help us move were screwed and had to drive back. Not only that, but when we moved out we left some items in our closet by accident, and apparently there is a clause in all leases that if you leave ANYTHING behind you have to forfeit your entire deposit. \$900 that my roommates and I basically lit on fire... read more
DO NOT DO IT!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! They are the worst and they seem to take advantage of the (largely foreign) student population that they rent to. If youre American and youre used to good quality, look elsewhere. The only thing thats fancy about these folks is the the fancy cars they pull up in. My friend lived there and had bed bugs for an entire SIX months. They charge 150 bucks as a non-refundable "cleaning and carpet" fee, but they will still charge you for small things when you move out and take it from your depos... read more
