In my opinion, Dr. Ong is a rare Medical professional inasmuch as I believe he truly cares about each individual patient to hear their concerns and provide honest medical responses. His bedside manner both before and after a procedure are excellent. The colonoscopy and removal of several polyps was performed in such a professional manner that it seemed like it never occurred.
Dr Ong is friendly, caring and is very patient, he makes sure you understands what he is doing. The staff is awesome and did a fantastic job
He is very friendly and very interested in his patients. He took the time to listen to my concerns and do appropriate actions that were needed.
